Police in Tulsa, Oklahoma, are investigating a highly unusual domestic incident after a 29-year-old man, Marcus Ellington, allegedly fired multiple shots at his girlfriend during a heated argument.According to police reports, the dispute began over something seemingly minor: 27-year-old Tiana Brooks refused to make eye contact with Ellington, which rapidly escalated tensions inside their apartment near East 21st Street.
