Punch-kun, the adorable young Japanese macaque at Ichikawa City Zoo in Japan, has captured hearts worldwide after being rejected by his mother shortly after his birth in July 2025. Hand-raised by dedicated zookeepers, the little snow monkey struggled to fit in with the troop when he was gradually reintroduced to the group in January 2026.
