The Sternberger-Welch-Hamer House

The Sternberger-Hamer House was built by German immigrant Emanuel Sternberger in 1901. The beautiful Queen Anne architecture really stands out, there aren’t many like it left in this County. Most of these houses were constructed by local contractors without the help of an architect during this areas boom period. Also of note, this roof is bright green and I’m wondering if it’s original to the Home?
